Bachii is operated under the ManraProd trade name. Correspondence address: Brgy. Botong, Oton, Iloilo 5020, Philippines. Addresses used for correspondence or logistics are not customer-facing locations and are not open to the public.
Cancel anytime
You may request cancellation at any time. It applies at the end of the billing period already paid for: access remains available until then and the next period is not charged.

Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. Requests are reviewed under applicable law and purchase circumstances. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal right.
First Edition number
Eligible First Edition accounts receive a numbered First Edition identity. Subscription cancellation and number assignment are separate concepts. The number remains reserved for three months following the effective end of the subscription. After that period, release is manual, not automatic, under the applicable First Edition terms.
