The service

Bachii is a personal AI companion whose features may include conversation, memory, calendar assistance, voice and current web information. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace professional advice or independent verification where consequences matter.

Account and acceptable use

Access uses an authenticated Clerk account. You are responsible for your account and lawful use. Do not harm others, bypass security, interfere with the service or submit content you have no right to use.

Subscription

• Bachii — First Edition is intended as a recurring monthly subscription.
• Displayed price: €9.85 per month or $11.95 per month, depending on the offered checkout currency.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Access continues until then and the next charge is not made.
• Cancellation creates no automatic refund promise. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

First Edition

First Edition contains 1,000 numbered places. #0001–#0050 form the reserved or gift pool; public commercial allocation runs from #0051 to #1000. Eligible First Edition accounts receive a numbered First Edition identity. Account and personal Bachii data retention is separate from First Edition number retention.

First Edition number retention

If you cancel your subscription, your First Edition number remains reserved for your account for three months following the effective end of your subscription. If you resubscribe during this period, you will recover your Bachii with the same First Edition number.

After this three-month reservation period, your previous number is no longer guaranteed and may be released and reassigned. Release is manual, not automatic. If you subscribe again after your previous number has been released, a new commercial First Edition number from #0051–#1000 will be assigned to you, subject to First Edition availability. Releasing a number does not itself delete your account, conversations, memories or other personal data.
