Bachii is operated under the ManraProd trade name. Correspondence address: Brgy. Botong, Oton, Iloilo 5020, Philippines. Addresses used for correspondence or logistics are not customer-facing locations and are not open to the public.

Data Bachii may process

• Clerk account identifier and account details such as a verified email.
• Profile, language, locale, timezone and preferences you provide.
• Conversations, assistant messages and source metadata.
• Memories, Loop follow-ups and Bachii calendar events you create.
• Google Calendar data when you connect and use that integration.
• Voice input and generated speech when voice features are used.
• First Edition allocation, subscription-state fields and administrative audit records.
• Technical, diagnostic and security data needed to operate the service.

Purposes

Data is used to authenticate you, provide and personalize Bachii, preserve selected conversations and memories, perform requested calendar or current-information actions, generate voice, secure the service and administer First Edition ownership.

Providers

• Clerk: authentication.
• Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL: application records.
• OpenAI: AI responses, extraction, transcription and fresh-information retrieval when invoked.
• ElevenLabs: generated speech when invoked.
• WeatherAPI: weather data when invoked.
• Google: connected calendar data.
• Vercel: application hosting.

Local storage and cookies

The selected landing language is stored locally in the browser. Clerk may use cookies or similar storage necessary for authentication and security. The landing experience does not use advertising or general-purpose analytics. Consent requirements will be reassessed before any non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking is added.

Retention, choices and rights

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service, support legitimate operational and security purposes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Account deletion requests are handled subject to legal and technical retention requirements. Use available product controls or contact bachii@manraprod.com for access, correction, deletion, objection or other applicable rights. Identity verification may be required.
